Swiss lawyer based in Zug and Geneva with an extensive legal practice in French and German speaking cantons of Switzerland, primarily active in civil litigation and mediation.

I advise domestic and international clients on cross-border disputes and represent both individuals and legal entities at Swiss courts and authorities. My legal practice covers a wide range of contentious matters including contractual, matrimonial and inheritance disputes. I am also assisting clients in mediation in family law cases.
 
Private international law and family law are my main areas of practice and expertise, in particular cases related to complex international divorce proceedings, disputes over custody, parents’ access rights, maintenance payments (alimony) and liquidation of matrimonial property regime.

 

Upon completion of my legal internship in Geneva, at Barillon Avocats, I was admitted to the Swiss Bar in 2019. I continued my work as a lawyer, mainly in the field of advice and civil litigation. In 2021, I broadened my experience in mediation to assist clients in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process.
